All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. Spaces are limited and filled as enrollment is completed. $150 registration fee per student (waived for enrolled Hope Academy students); select dates below:

June 1 - June 30, $815 due by May 28

July 1, 6-17, $400 due by June 23

I understand that camp payments are non-refundable and all payments must be made on time, or the student will not be able to attend until the account is made current.

I understand and agree that my child and I will be help accountable for the policies, procedures, behaviors, and consequences typically expected of Hope Academy students. Disruptions, aggression, and other behavioral problems will not be tolerated during camp. Dismissal from the program will not results in a refund, unless approved by the HA Board.

PARENTS and STUDENT agree to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless HOPE ACADEMY and LORD OF THE HARVEST, INC., as

well as the individual members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LORD OF THE HARVEST, INC. and the ACADEMIC BOARD OF HOPE ACADEMY (individually and collectively, “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) from and against each and every claim, demand or cause of action and any liability, cost, expense (including attorneys' fees and other costs), for damage or loss in connection therewith, which may be made or asserted by the STUDENT and/or PARENTS on account of personal and/or bodily injury, including wrongful death, and/or property damages caused by, arising out of, or resulting from negligence, omissions and/or fault of the INDEMNIFIED PARTIES resulting directly or indirectly from enrollment at HA or participation in activities in HA classrooms and all campus locations, and all off-campus programs, activities and/or events.
